Принцип работы такой:
The Neosocket is a new application of an old technology. Basically, it acts
like a small battery that helps your car's electrical system perform better.

Больше на фалоимитатор похоже.
 А если серьезно , на фото не вся коплектация еще должна быть резиновая трубочка, которая подсоединяется к бензобаку, и сливает туда сэкономленные 10-30% бензина.

Ну зачем же в топку сразу
Оно конечно умом понимаешь что маленьким конденсатором 30% не сэкономишь но все же интересно что народ думает
Вон в отзывах некоторые 10% умудрились наэкономить.
Кстати ё-мобиль тоже по такому же принципу работает, только конденсаторы там поболее будут

Я видел фото его внутренностей. Там внутре "неонка" тьфу... светодиод, резистор и конденсатор. 8) Т.е. вполне себе такой ночник для машины.

Кстати ё-мобиль тоже по такому же принципу работает, только конденсаторы там поболее будут 

и кинут на большее кол-во денег соответственно

       с подзарядом от прикуривытеля 
точно и трубочка с помпой бывает , я на сайте видел
